The question I’m asked most often is “what’s the best acne treatment?” That’s not surprising. Given how hellish acne is, it’s a very reasonable question.

I wish I had an answer that would point you in the right direction and get rid of your acne in double quick time. But it’s not that simple. There are too many factors to consider, and that’s why treating acne is a case of trial and error.

Things to consider :

  • Is your acne mild, moderate, or severe?

  • Do you have sensitive or normal skin?

Taking these factors into consideration, I’ll try to give you an idea of where you should start looking for the best acne treatment for you.

For sensitive skin, avoid ALL products containing Benzoyl Peroxide. This has been known to have side effects, including redness, itching, and swelling.

For mild to moderate acne, and all skin types, I would suggest Dermajuv Acne Treatment. This is an all-natural system that uses Resveratrol as an alternative to Benzoyl Peroxide, so there are no side effects.

For mild to moderate acne, and all skin types, the Zenmed Acne Treatment System is also a good place to start. The Zenmed system comes with a cleansing gel, an acne treatment gel, and a herbal pill to attack acne on all fronts.

For severe acne, and all skin types, Acne No More is your best bet. This is an ebook written by Mike Walden, an ex acne sufferer, who has put together the most complete sytem I’ve seen to get rid of acne permanently. It will require some work on your part, and minor lifestyle changes, but the benefits are enormous.

Remember that these are just guidelines, and my opinions. There is no one acne treatment that will work for everyone, but if you at least consider your skin type and the severity of your acne, you can eliminate a lot of acne products before spending any money.
